Excellent customer service that I noticed only when I had a claim. The claim adjuster immediately contacted me. Western Maine Insurance: Dennett Scott was constantly following up and expediting the process. I received payment and the process was smooth. I like to work with this company because the agent is always patient and nice.

Well scott...left my fiance without life insurance..had nurse come n take blood do tests..then left office n we never got anything!  Left him several messages n ball was completely dropped..no company name & blood work etc all went somewhere we have no idea!  Bad customer service called his nmbr left many messages n emails finally called Rumford office to be told he retired and they have no idea of who we are or what we had done or what company.  Called Bethel office & found out he was there!!!!Decided such bad service we completely went elsewhere..
