Look like blood on wall. Bathroom full of mold Pillow cases with brown stains. No fitted sheet, the sheet on didn't fit bed. And holes in the wall. Wasn't a pleasant experience. Had no other options if I didn't have a baby that had been in car all day I would have preferred to sleep in car.

Checked in at the front desk and the lady had absolutely no customer service. 3 cars in the parking lot and she asked if I wanted one or two beds I asked if I could get two for the same price she said no. Which in my experience when a hotel is not booked they will typically offer you two beds for the same price. I got a call when I get to the room the Wi-Fi is down and I asked the gentleman on the phone if there is a different room I can get due to the mold all over the shower curtain. I asked if he could come change the shower curtain instead and that was also unavailable. I asked if I could get a discount or a refund due to the lack of cleanliness in the room and was told that I could get a partial refund and get charged $59 for not staying. 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door the manager that had called let me know in a very rude and degrading tone that they would change the shower curtain if I gave him 15 to 20 minutes. He also informed me that the quality and the standards of the room was acceptable due to the fact that it was only $59 a night. I was talking with my son and my son asked me if this gentleman was our neighbor politely said no that he was the owner and the man informed to my son that he was not the owner because if he was he would not tolerate this. I politely grab our bags said thank you very much for changing the shower curtain and walked to my car.... it takes quite a bit for me to give a poor review because I understand places have good and bad employees and good and bad days everything that I have experienced at this Inn was absolutely unacceptable! ! ! !

Dirty, smelly, shower didn't work, phone didn't work, window boarded up.... terrible

Last-minute travel comes with Its hiccups, luckily the lady at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, or a stressful situation could of turned into a nightmare. Thank you!

Tacky and overpriced but all the tourist areas in Northern California are just like it. When you ask for a AAA discount they suddenly don't speak English.
