Always a great, quick (if you need it to be) meal. Some of the friendliest staff. We love Cisco & a few others. He's always great with the kids. Food is consistently delicious.

I have gone to the Westfield Diner my whole life. It's hit or miss. You either have a decent time with average service and food, or the opposite. I've been there and had a great time, but have also been there and been disappointed by each of the aforementioned categories. They also don't split checks anymore, for some reason, and that is a huge reason why me and my friends don't return. (Splitting checks is SO EASY! I have seen them do it before! why stop and lose the business? Not sure. Especially when every other place is more than willing to do this.)

Incredibly rude people. I have called four times to attempt to place take out orders and every single time the staff was incredibly rude. Throw a rock in any direction and you'll hit a better place to eat. Update: tried to give them a fifth chance. Hostess put the phone down and nobody ever picked up. Hung up after 4:45 holding. Walked in to try and place a to go order. Was ignored for another 5 minutes while three waitresses loudly complained about their job ten feet away from me. Seriously, this place might have the worst staff of any restaurant I have ever visited

Very nice and very good food. Very big portions and excellent desserts!
