Went in looking for a switch to fix a battery operated toy. The young lady who helped me spent 30 minutes attempting to find a switch. They did not stock one & she referred me to someone who might have one. She has earned my business by being so helpful. I will go to Westlake for any hardware, tools, etc. due to honesty.

We were greeted by each employee. We found what we went there to buy. Checked out promptly. We enjoy this location.

I really like how clean, organized and well stocked Westlake Ace Hardware always is. The staff are very quick to be informative and couldn't be more personable and helpful. I wish I could  give more than three stars, but I their pricing on home repair, painting and hardware supplies could be a lot more reasonable.

Had a plumbing issue and was wandering the store trying to find a solution.  The guy that helps me knows just what to do.  Cost me 20 bucks instead of calling a plumber!  Great job!!  Even gave the guy a hug.
