Useful stop. But crazy parking lot. It's usually easier to aim for the parking structure behind Home Depot.

It's definitely changed since 10 years ago. There's all kinds of stores with trader Joe's and amazing restaurants. Parking can get scarce but otherwise it's a great place to shop.

Great stores but the layout of the parking lots are ridiculous and getting in and out is always crazy. There are 2 parking garages but they are kind of hidden. One is impossible to find and looks like you're driving up a loading ramp, off of Park Plaza Drive. The other is behind the mall on west side, off Lake Merced Blvd., but has direct access to Home Depot's 2nd floor, if you can figure out how to get in there. There's a ramp that only takes you to the first level of the parking garage but is cut off from the upper levels. If you want to get to upper levels of the garage you have to completely exit back to the street and circle back around again to look for the second entrance to the garage. The layout and planning is just chaotic for all parking at this shopping center. I don't even want to get into how chaotic the open parking lots are. It is such a headache to park that by the time you park and go into the store you're grumpy and don't want to shop.

LOOKS WAY BETTER THAN WHEN I USED TO COME HERE IN THE 90s GREAT STORE SELECTION AND VERY CLEAN LOVE THE NEW RESTAURANTS AND THE PARKING LOT CAUSE BEFORE THERE WAS NOT PARKING AT ALL VERY BUSY SHOPPING CENTER

Busy. So busy. Beyond ridiculous busy. People drive like psychopaths and all of the traffic patterns are really poor all throughout the complex. The stores in the shopping center are good, but getting to them is a nightmare. The center was clearly engineered to shove as much in as possible without much consideration for pedestrian traffic and efficient vehicular traffic.
