I am a happy and extremely content tenant at Jefferson Trade Center, a Weston Property.  I have been a tenant at several other similar faciities and have never been as pleased with the facility or the management as I am here.  Kathy Preston does a fantastic job managing and caring for the facility.  If there is an issue she handles it fairly and swiftly.  She truly cares for her Weston Properties and she cares for the well-being of her tenants.  Jeff Watson who does maintenance for Weston is knowledgeable, hard-working and extremely pleasant to deal with.  I look forward to growing my business and expanding my space here at Jefferson Trade Center for many years to come.

I have worked with Team Weston for a number of years on many commercial real estate transactions and I have to say that they are very knowledgeable and professional.  Chris Grobelny is always a pleasure to work with.  He has helped myself and my colleagues to better understand the types of deals that get done at Team Weston.  Keep up the good work.

Legacy HVAC- We love working with Kathy and her team.  Its nice to see how much a landlord cares about her tenants.  Kathy is such a pleasure to work with and as long as Kathy is with Weston we will be with Weston.

I have been a Tenant for 3+ years and it has been a great experience. Ms. Preston and company go out of there way on anything we need and the facility is great.

Weston combines outstanding customer service with sophisticated deal-structuring savy as led on the finance side by Chris Grobelny.  Chris' banking background serves Weston and alliance partners such as our firm well, particularly in difficult lending environemnt.  Both Chris and Weston share a collegial approach to deal-making which makes working with them a positive, professional experience.
