PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!!! 

I wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. I've lived in Bedford my whole life and always admired these "luxury" apartments because of their amount of space and beautiful layouts! That all changed when I moved here Feb.2017. I've been here 5months and have spotted BEDBUGS on my wall. I immediately called management. They inspected and found nothing. When I told them that they're possibly coming from another apt, which is VERY possible, (Happened to my friend in another complex) they didn't want to hear it. Long story short the exterminators have been out at MY REQUEST (because management doesn't care and I had to beg to get them to send them out again) about 3 times to treat. They still found nothing in my furniture and items and yet I still find the bugs on my walls. They insist on blaming me and my family that I have over. Now I'm seeing  so many people throw out furniture left and right smh. This is terrible! I should have listened to the reviews and moved elsewhere. I'm so disappointed!! If you want to move into a infestation and be blamed for it, all while paying $800 rent. This is your place! 🤗 In my opinion, because it's so much easier to get approved here they know that they are a lot of peoples last resort therefore they feel they can do whatever. I'm looking to break my lease. I can't live like this and you shouldn't allow yourself either!!

Going on my 3yr anniversary here and I can't wait to move...management is horrible maintenance is horrible the only saving Grace of this place is ms.kay in the leasing office...I've truly watched this place go downhill fast from when I first moved in... For $840 a month you'll get bedbugs mice elevators that barely work and a maintenance staff that does half the work then never comes back to finish... Don't be late with your rent though you'll surely get a notice..... And lets not forget when I was charged $300 for a new door after my apartment was broken into apparently because it wasn't seen on camera I kicked my own door in.despite the police report and investigation

I would have previously recommended this place however the circumstances have changed.  First off it has been more than 30 days since I have moved out and I am still yet to receive my security deposit.  They are claiming to use it for another month they are charging me.  Because I gave verbal and not written notice to vacate in the 60 days prior to lease ending (I was 9 days off...)  They are charging me an entire extra month and keeping my $550 security deposit which is unlawful.  I would not recommend this place if you paid me. They have no passion for their previous tenants.  Also we had a bed bug outbreak in the apartment where it took 3-4 days (do not remember the specific amount of days) to have an exterminator brought in...  Making those 3-4 days a living hell getting no sleep and being constantly bitten.  Also had the AC Die on one of the hottest and more humid weeks.  I called and had someone sent out to where they were not able to get it fixed for 3 days.   Unacceptable.  Some have advised legal action to be taken...

This place currently have a huge mice problem. I am  so dissappoted and disgusted. Management has done nothing about it and the mice are getting out of control. I wouldn't wish anyone to live here or  spend the night in this hell hole.  Water leaks from the bathroom ceilings and they only cover the damage with drywall, so cheap and wrong. The laundry prices have increased, kids are running up and down the hallways. I guess u can call this place a zoo and scam... Watch out MICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been living here 10 months. Rent is reasonable,  no noise issues, maintenance is  always prompt. No huge complaints so far.
