I move around the city a lot for work and every time I take a class at this Center I leave to energized and calm at the same time. The instructors are very experienced and know exactly how to help you and guide you. This is the best yoga studio in the area!

Great instructors very welcoming and caring. Such a great variety of classes. Everyone is so nice and you can just be yourself no matter your condition they will help you improve.

Body & brain has help me achieve my health and my weight management tremendously, training my body has shifted into better balance and coordination has improve, I'm truly amazed of the healing session they provide. I recommend any one looking into getting back in shape or getting better sleep, lowering down their blood pressure or neck, back, shoulder tension release through the programs they provide. Thank you Body & Brain!!
