I had a very bad experience with this place. I took my Jeep there around Christmas get 4 used tires. knowing my budget was tight. They replace all four of my tires also stole all of my custom rims. I had a special set of rims and they replace with 4 old scatches stock rims. I called and spoke with some lady claimed to be the manager. Denied it all and I have a special rims with special size tires that was hard to find size. Now I have standard size and i know for fact they stolen it. It was bad experience tried to save a few dollars end up losing more money.

Needed a tire that is hard to find used. Ray gave it to me for 58.85 and they were done fast. Zero complaints definitely going back

Ray and George (owner) did a great job. Both went the extra mile for a small thing, but it meant a lot to me. Great tires and customer service

I called at 4:00pm on Wednesday to get a quote on some Nokian Rotivia AT's for my truck and spoke with Ray. He was extremely helpful and informative, answering all the questions I had for him without rushing me off the phone. He quoted me a price and said it would take about an hour from start to finish because of the work load and I could show up at whatever time worked best for me. I showed up just after 10am the next morning, Ray and the friendly team over at Westside Cars had all four new tires mounted and balance within the hour. These guys are setting new standards in customer service when it comes to tire shops because not only were there NO GREASY FINGER PRINTS on my wheels, but Ray took the time to wipe down each of my wheels to be sure they were spotless (not at my request either, just a courtesy). He even shined up my tires before I pulled away. I have never been more impressed by an auto shop and the level of courtesy they showed. I will certainly be back next time one of my vehicles needs tires and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new or used tires. You can't go wrong with the friendly people at Westside Cars Tire Center.

They were so courteous and had my best interest in mind. They took extra precaution with my vehicle and gave me options that helped with making the best decision to fit my budget. They were genuine and sincere. I appreciated the professionalism displayed by the management and staff. Money well spent!
