Waited in the drive up for more than 10 minutes when finally assisted Valeria was very rude! No greeting just eyes rolling saying someone will be with you soon, then proceed to walk away. When she did return she thought talking to her coworker was more important.  She processed the transaction said her you go and walked away. Not a thank you or have a good day. She does realize she works in customer service?  What's worse is she's a representation of WestStar.

This was frustrating me! Went to the store and my card my getting rejected. Im over here thinking how is this possible when theres money there?! Went to another store and it rejected again! Had to call Weststar and have them explain it to me why my card was getting rejected. i was told i needed to go to this one pacific branch and have the notary sign which was supposed to be last year! Since that notary wasnt sign they cancelled my card. Since they are only open monday - friday i needed to get off early from work! Once i got there i asked why wasnt this taken care of for the notary to be signed when i was here last year of June, 2016?! The manager explained to me that "we didnt want to bother you and thought you would just come in to the branch and we would just take care of it!" What kind of bshit answer is that. Do you know what century we are on?! No one goes to the branch that much anymore. I dont even have time for that. That was a waste of my time. Going there and going home took me almost two and a half hours. The traffic there is bad! Why would you cancel my card for that. That wasnt my mistake for you not signing the notary when i was there. Let alone almost took 8 months for you to tell me it needed to be sign. OMG!

I got here at 12:47 pm, couldn't make earlier because of work, I thought it closes at 1pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
