There is no drive through and only 2 tellers were working inside. One customer was taking a very long time. ATM machines are available inside. Other workers were assisting with those in the line who might be served without needing to stand in a line that had gotten long because of the extremely slow customer. The manager even brought me a chair since I had been standing awhile & walk with a cane. Once the slow customer left, the line rapidly became shorter & everyone was serviced. Thanks so much for excellent service!

I'm on vacation and forgot my card back home. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a lovely gentleman whose name I cannot remember(sorry!) and helped fill out the withdrawal slip. There were TWO people in front of me and the line was fast. The teller was super friendly and helpful. I went in around 2pm. This branch was amazing!

Horrible customer service, only trying to open another account. Five people standing in the lobby and not one of the five is helping any of us waiting. We were told we have to have an appointment to be seen. FIVE people standing around their desks at account services, not tellers behind the counter. This place is crazy in laziness

Worst experience banking. Staff is slow and lack Customer service skills. This location keeps beggars loitering outside asking for money. Expect to waste your time, and get zero things accomplished, if you're actually trying to conduct business instead of a standard atm transaction. Best part of this,  I was complaining about this experience, and someone was able to guess who I bank with!! That is how bad Chase Bank is.. This location specifically sucks due to the location and staff

Do not come here they have the worst service from all chase branches. 
No bankers in sight, not professional and will keep you waiting for hours and if you need any business services forget it they only have one banker who deal with businesses but you must schedule an appointment otherwise you will be there forever.
And on top of all rude stuff.
Again my recommendation is chose a different branch!!!
