Spent a month in this resort, WOW! This place is amazing. The bathroom facilities are amazing. 3 full bathrooms. The laundry room has enough machines to support the park at capacity, though when I was there it wasn't near full. It is new, having been opened this year with amazing amenities. A full day spa and salon I never took advantage of, dog park, putting green, tennis courts, beautiful patio where they apparently serve drinks at certain times, and many other activities and services that I'm sure I'm forgetting. Sites are clean, level, and long. Additional parking available. Since it's new the trees haven't gotten big enough to provide decent shade, but that is a worthy price to pay for the amazing views of both the La Plata Mountains, and the Sleeping Ute Mountain. Seeing the Sleeping Ute lit up in the morning and silhouetted by the sunset was amazing every single day and never ceased to inspire awe. 5 minutes from Cortez, it is extremely close to everything you need, while still offering a peaceful buffer between you and the annoyances of being in town. While I was there they were constantly expanding and improving the resort. I say resort because this place deserves that name. Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. 5/5. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a week while on our honeymoon. We loved it! The site was great and the staff was fantastic. Their office building was beautiful as well. Free showers, coin laundry, patio with propane grills, lawn games, nice patio area, playground and dog park. They are a little small right now, but are starting Phase 2 of building soon! We will definitely return if we find ourselves in this area again. Thank you WestView!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting my mother. This is a wonderful new RV park that is close to everything. RV sites each have grass and picnic bench. The sites are well maintained. They have a Day Spa in their Club House. Totally impressed!
