Worst car wash I've had in a while. My car wasn't actually that dirty but I had some hair from my dachshunds that I wanted to get rid of. I pulled up and asked the guy what plan I should get to do that. He said that vacuuming alone would Get most of it but not all of it, but if I wanted to get all of that I needed to do a full shampoo. I told him that I would do whatever plan as long as it got most of the hair out. He recommended a super deluxe something or other and a carpet shampooing - not cheap. I'll let the photos mostly speak for themselves, but suffice it to say that they didn't even wipe down my dashboard or the area behind my backseats. I didn't expect them to put any kind of polish on my dashboard but I at least expected them to wipe off the dust and at least give it a wipe down. My car barely looks different than when I took it to them. 

This is all a shame because last time I took my car to them they did a very good job so, what happened? For the record, I do not expect perfection in my car washes, and I didn't expect him to get all of the hair but at least more of it. Bye, WetZone!

This was My first time... But It will be My Last Time....
The Oil changing Guy did not give me the price range of The Synthetic Change when I told the guy Im just here for a Regular Oil Change. I was charged Twice the Amount...! Totally Unhappy...! Be Very careful and Very Specific and Talk the Numbers...!
They also tell you to Clean Engine but I just denied. 
They have this Good Advert of Free Car Wash... But Just be very Specific or else You will end up Paying Twice...! I am not coming Back here..!

In my line of work my car gets pretty dirty when I'm in the field.  I came here and they did such a great job. My car looked better than the day I actually bought it.

The car wash is fine but be aware if you do oil change here. My car tuned up 3 months ago.  The technician who do oil change adked me to clean my engine, I denied. He offred to do the test for me free and I dont known what he did but a lot of smoke came out. He told me my car had a very dirty engine. I still declined clean engine. The day after, the check engine light came on. 3 engines misfired and I have to do tune up again. Anybody have the same story please input here we can look for class action.

I got the interior of my car washed and I didn't dry it correctly, it smelled like mildew. So I went back and told them, and they offered to do it again for free. They also explained to me the correct way to dry out the interior after they finished. Needless to say, my car smells great now.
