Sadly, I was happy to employ a vet to power wash our home. In fact we own a power washer but I wanted to help support a small business.  We scheduled Mr. Santos for a Friday afternoon and I made sure to be home so that I could pay him on site.  Santos not only didn't show but for two days never bothered to call.  I texted him to ask what his policy was on no shows and he simply said that he couldn't find my address. Keep in mind that I heard about him from his own business card that he handed to me personally on my front porch just days earlier.  He expressed that he couldn't call me despite us communicating over text bc he "only had my email address."  He instructed me to take my work elsewhere. I was never rude, merely disappointed. I am appalled at being treated this way by someone I only hoped to help out. Mr. Santos, you have a long way to go.

I had an incident with a deer and to say the least I needed help (since a normal car wash did nothing). After I was recommended during my car service to find a pressure wash, Pablo came to my rescue. He was able to come up with a creative method to help clean up the undercarriage of my car. Pablo was honest and since with his work. He came directly to me and constantly kept me updated on his arrival (despite his hectic schedule). He also gave me a fair pricing of the cost of his services. Also, I appreciated his use of eco-friendly products and services. Definitely will come back when I need specialty cleaning.
