Elissa Kerhulas is an incredible healer and trainer! This woman has a very gentle way to help you achieve massive results. She has an “eye” for where your weakest points are and strengthens you from within - physically and spiritually - through her vast knowledge, intuition, and love. Her techniques are not strenuous, but powerful! And they’re targeted for exactly what you need. She has true compassion, professionalism, and education in various modalities for physical training and emotional support. Elissa has been instrumental to me to finally be able to change my life in the direction that I want. She knows exactly what I need and each session is different, waking up and strengthening the tiny muscles of my body, heart and mind, which in turn, is helping me operate to my fullest potential. I would not be where I am today without Elissa’s presence in my life. Consider yourself very fortunate if you get to train with this amazing human being. 🙏🏻

A friend recommended Elissa to me for some issues I was having related to a car accident. I had an upper back injury that lead to a weak core, and lower back difficulties as well. I had been through several courses of physical therapy, but still had an upper rib pop out at least once or twice a year.

I went to her hoping I could find alternate ways to strengthen my core, and find exercises that would strengthen the injured areas without causing more damage in the attempt. From the first session with Elissa, I knew I had found the right match for me.  I learned so many exercises and techniques that helped me utilize the muscles I was focusing on without aggravating any of my trouble areas. I was able to start strengthening from session one, with no aggravation of the usual trouble spots. Every session I have had since that time has given me new techniques and continued improvement.

I am now much more free to do yoga, play tennis, and even climb. These are things I never thought I would be able to do again. These were activities I was told by other physical therapists would not be possible for me again.

All of this has improved my life physically in a way I never expected. Much more importantly though, is how my life has been so spiritually enriched by her as well. Her spirit, kindness, and her outlook on life are so beautiful to me. Every time we have a session, I leave feeling so spiritually recharged. The positivity in my life is definitely in part due to the time I spend with Elissa.

I knew I was getting assistance for my physical ailments, but I didn’t know that I was in for the blessing of mind, body and soul healing. In addition to an incredible healer, she is a wonderful friend. I am so grateful for the chance to learn and grow with such a wonderful person.
