The Shape It Fitness training facility is the home to some of top personal trainers in Tarzana. With the guidance of our personal trainers, you can go beyond your personal fitness goals and develop a healthier lifestyle.

Recently started training at shape it and I love it. Great trainers, atmosphere and people. Very clean and never stacked. The trainers and management over there is very efficient and on point. I train with Amir, who is my boxing coach, and he is the best. Everyone over there (The trainers and coaches) are very experienced and they get crazy good results.

I recently made one of the best decisions I could have done for myself. I decided to get a personal trainer. And I chose the best ! Moe Sharifi. What took me so long? I don't know. I have been going to a traditional gym ( not very consistent) for about 7 years with very little to no results. I have been training with Moe for a little over a month and the changes that I can see in me are beyond the scale and measuring tape. But those are nice to see too! Hello ! I train with him 3 times a week and every session is customized to my body goals. Never boring always challenging. He pushes my physical abilities and demands greatness. Perhaps this has something to do with him being a trained fighting champion himself. He is very respectful and takes his job very serious which makes me take my sessions with him very serious as well. Because I am pushed at every session I always leave the gym feeling accomplished and proud of myself. Thankful. I am excited for my physical transformation that is happening now.

Amir was an outstanding trainer and motivator. He made sure to keep a close eye on my progress and reach out to me constantly to make sure I'm eating right as well. Throughout all our sessions he was on top of me pushing and motivating me every step of the way. After just 1 month I look and feel so much better! Great Experience!

I've had the most positive experience for the last two months working out with Moe Sharifi. Since day one he knew exactly how to guide me to achieve my goals, both physical and nutritional, and to inspire me to try harder every day. Not only I'm happy to see my body change daily but also to see my lifestyle, habits, and mindset improve. Every training session is personalized, with great music and a great atmosphere at the gym, which definitely sets an incredible mood for the day. I would definitely recommend Moe if you are looking for a life-changing and fun way to push a restart button on your health.

I have been coming to this gym for a few months but have been training with Moe for over a year and he is absolutely the best. He has completely changed my life and is helping me achieve my goals and more. The people here are great and friendly and everyone treats you like family and love to help you more than anything. Love this place.
