If Westcoast has in-N-out and Eastcoast has a Shake Shack.. But damn, it's not even comparable to the big 2. This is just a burger, not a really a.. "What a burger!" But definitely a great service here. Well, anywhere in Texas but the freeway.Food: 3/5
We have been here twice now and both times the burners were great! They were fresh made and the veggies on them were not soggy they were fresh. Also, went inside and had to use the restroom. The bathroom was the cleanest public restroom I have ever been to. Great friendly staff also. We highly recommend this place!Food: 5/5
They custom made my burger to just nearly be a Monterrey Melt. I had to take a star cuz they had run out of chocolate syrup for shakes. That should never happen! My heart was set on a chocolate shake and I settled for strawberry, which was delicious. The girl at the window was sweet, look happy to be there and friendly. Sometimes you just gotta have Whataburger! This store did not disappoint!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. For starters my drink tastes like swamp water. And was drenched in soda. The lid and cup COVERED in soda. It got all over my seats, my shirt and my middle console. They took my order at the box, and then asked me again what I ordered when I got to the window. They literally were just joking around with a no care attitude. Also my burger was dry and tasted funny. I don’t expect much from Whataburger. But the level of professionalism is out the window.. they simply do not care at this location.
The morning crew at this location is absolutely phenomenal. They are so nice and the food is always perfect and they keep the line moving quickly. I cannot say enough good things. Breakfast is on!Food: 5/5
The food is typically good. However, the service is awful. The wait in the drive thru is always ridiculously long, even when they are not busy. I got three orders of pancakes and sausage only to get home and be forced to eat/throw away pancakes because they didn't include any butter or syrup. When I called, the manager said, "Thank you for bringing this to our attention". I literally waisted $ and that was her only response. Will not go back.
Management, chubby girl with glasses taking Drive thru orders today should be fired immediately. Ordered 10 sweet n spicy bacon burgers and asked for spicy ketchup. Order brought to my car without ketchup so I backed up to the window. She was in front of the window but was looking the other way while I waited and waited so I knocked on the window. Girl gave me the worst attitude for knocking on the window. Didn't apologize for forgetting the ketchup. "I'm sorry here is the ketchup" is all that's needed. Instead as soon as she turns around she tells me "stop banging on the window I'm getting it!" which means she knew I was waiting.
I drive past 2 other Whataburger to come to this one. I spend on the average of 35$ per order. Lately our orders have had missing items. Pickles cheese etc... Tonight I had the worst Whataburger w/cheese ever. Missing not only the cheese but pickles and frankly just looked terrible. To be frank I may have to find another Whataburger after this.
It's very sad I have to say this but I will literally never come back to this location after tonight. I had the worst experience ever and my family has been coming here since they opened the doors. First burger they gave me was cold, took it back to get a fresh one and had to spit it out after the first bite. It tasted like I was eating cardboard. I don't know what happened at this place but it has gone way downhill. Hopefully they can eventually redeem themselves but as for now, it's not looking good at all.
1.10.24 stopped here again and these hashbrown are not edible at all! They are hard and full of grease. They are old and it seems the workers attempted to fry the again which caused them to soak up grease, I will be taking these back this evening. This is a shame. Do better! Stop giving customer food you know you wouldn’t want served to you! I stop here often on my way to the office. I sometimes let the bad food slide because I’m a fan however, this morning… I’m over it! I ordered via the app and picked up in the drive thru. I still had to wait for my order, which is okay because I picked up within 5 minutes of ordering hoping my food would be fresh. This was not the case. I was given warm, hard, stale, and refried fries that taste like old grease. It takes less than 4 minutes to make fries, they had time to cook them fresh yet they failed. I notice this is an issue with most of their fried items, hashbrown are often so old and hard they can’t be eaten and chicken strips are the same. Do better, the price is too high to be giving out old, stale inedible food.
