The receptionists at this location are rude and incompetent.  Peggy has no customer service skills- I stood staring at her for 15 minutes while she was on the phone without even acknowledging that I was there.  Please have them do some training-other places I've gone to are so much better with check ins.  They have an easy job- just be polite!  Can't wait for robots to take over jobs like that.
