I use this clinic often for some of my specialists as well as the urgent care, labs and radiology. If Children’s urgent care isn’t open I will take my children here as well. Always we have received stellar care. I’ve never met an employee there that appeared unhappy. They all seem to enjoy their job and it comes out as great customer service!!

My choice clinic for many needs. I need to get weekly infusions of fluids... and the nurses here are really top notch. No hassle of parking at the main Froedtert campus, either!

Their ER is also top notch. I always go here verses the main campus, as the wait is always next to nothing. My Crohn's disease sometimes is very painful, but they are always on top of the pain and all necessary tests. Sadly... they all know me because of my frequent need. But that is also a benefit, as they have experienced my disease and know how to treat the first round of the battle. The docs and nurses are super nice, very patient centric, and on top of everything... always. If I need to get admitted, they have New Berlin PD truck you over to the 'big house' as they call it.

I will always choose this clinic as my primary for emergency and infusion care. Keep up the outstanding work!

Took my girlfriend in for severe hip pain and the front desk registration desk couldn’t locate her insurance. 
My girlfriend has state insurance because she was laid off from her job however it shouldn’t matter what kind of insurance (state or private) she has, they should be able to find the information and treat her. 
They basically said that her info couldn’t be found and told us that we would need to find it before she could be seen. 
The two front desk employees had problems and needed help even trying to work through the system to begin with. 
The other problem is while they were working through all of it they didn’t give us any kind of privacy.
It’s embarrassing when others are in a waiting room while they’re telling us that they can’t find her insurance.

We ending up going to a different urgent care. They took her into a private room right away, got her insurance info back in the room, had no issues finding her information and the staff was much more professional.

Stay away from the urgent care, I have a long intimate relationship with healthcare and Froedtert in particular and I've never been so offended in my life! Several chronic health challenges have seen me at Moorland Reserve more than once. I love the convenience of not having to drive in the city or deal with the long wait. The past couple years, I've had some increasingly severe left side abdominal/flank pain that's really hit an unmanageable intensity the past few weeks. Today I vomited up the first actual sized meal I've had in days, spent my break at work sobbing in my car, but since I refuse to go on disability I waited until my shift was over and went directly to urgent care.

The doctor wouldn't even examine me. Walked right in, asked me no questions, and started LECTURING me about not getting an x-ray during normal business hours. Said since I had an order in for one in the system from my PMD (who I saw two days ago and who said I might have a lumbar disc injury or a spinal fracture so get an x-ray asap) she'd do it, but wouldn't give me the results. Said I was misusing the urgent care system. I was shocked, like where is this coming from? I tried to explain about my other symptoms and the exacerbated pain, but she didn't even want to know! Got up, walked out. No exam. I sat there stunned, finally decided I didn't deserve to be spoken to like that. Walked out into the hall. Medical staff workspace is two doors down. It's a hall, mind you, no door or anything. She's standing there talking to an MA about how I'm there to scam for pain meds! They're talking about the CAT scan I had two weeks ago and the appointments I have (cystic fibrosis so, yeah I have a chart a mile long) and how I'm "playing the system," for DRUGS and she says "And only thirty years old. What a waste." 

She's on hold with the radiologist, they're back, she says "I know, it's just ridiculous. Do you even still want her?...ok I'll send her down." Turns around, finally sees me standing there, doesn't even care. Walks up to me, says "they're ready for you. I had to convince them to even take you. So you want the X-ray or not?"  I turned and ran (well effing hobbled) out of there. Didn't make it past the lobby before I burst into tears.

I couldn't believe how little respect they had for their patients. How UNPROFESSIONAL to not only walk in with a preconceived notion, do no exam whatsoever, then talk about your patients that way where you can easily be over heard? And I don't have any kind of drug abuse history, I don't ED hop - used nothing but Froedtert for nearly ten years. No reason to even think that, except that I mentioned I was having "the P word." Trust me, skip the humiliation and go somewhere where they'll treat you like a person.

Went to The Froedtert urgent care yesterday for fever (103.0) chills, headache and sore throat. I was absolutely miserable. MD looked at my throat and said “nah, doesn’t look like strep”. Tested me for the flu only, which was negative. Didn’t thinkt here was reason to check a strep since my throat didn’t look that bad. Told me it was probably just another virus. Went home and proceeded to have worsening symptoms and fever of 103.6. Just by looking in my own throat I could see my tonsils were red and swollen. Scheduled an appt with my PCP this morning and was diagnosed with strep throat. Staff was very nice, however, easy diagnosis that was unnecessarily missed causing a delay in treatment and time missed from work.
