I purchased my son's GaryFisher and my wife's birthday gift "Phat Cycle" bike with a basket from WOW. I have had my bikes serviced there many times without any issues. My kids motor Izip scooter had a leaky valve stem on the front tire. In removing the old worn valve stem, the base got stuck inside the stem. I removed the tire and took it to Wheel of Wellington. It was almost the end of the work day and I rushed over to Wheels of Wellington before they closed to see if they could remove it for me since they have all the tools. Once I got there and explained what I needed, the tech tried to sell me a new tire. He checked and didn't have the tube in stock and told me to order it on Amazon and bring it back to them to install it if I wanted to. I then asked him again in amazement if he really wasn't able to remove the valve stem. This has to be a common issue with old valve stems. He tried for a few second then said he wasn't able to remove it. His workbench was filled with all kind of tools! I took the wheel home and used a screw to removed the stuck valve base and I installed the new valve stem. My issue is I should not have to mention how much money I have spent over the years at WOW for anyone there to make an effort to help me. I even mentioned that I would pay to have it removed, but it was as if he only wanted me to leave or pay for a new tire. There is a bike shop closer to my home. However, we chose to patronize WOW because we are loyal customers. After this recent experience, we will no longer be going back to WOW for anything.

Not a very nice crew. Over charged me on a $20.00 bycycle pump. Charged me 100.00 I bought it. Went back after I saw it everywhere else for twenty Now it was $20.00 Told them and they called me a liar. I would not go to this place again if it was the last bike shop in the world. In the past I bought everything from them. They are thieves and crooks. Do yourself a favour and shop any where else but in this rip off shop.

I originally purchased my Trek bike at WOW and have become accustomed to their superior service. Today however I was greatly impressed with the excellent service and extremely courteous manner that was provided by Justin. His friendly demeanor was a real breath of fresh air. I would encourage any serious biker to stop in and see Justin, or any of the guys at WOW for all your bike needs! Robert Cleveland 10/02/14

Awful service, rude , not friendly at all. Ask for service and got this negative vibe from the workers.
