Terrible customer service! Save yourself the stress and aggravation and try one of the other dealers around. A simple replacement of low quality training wheels that failed the day after purchase, for a customer who has already spent a couple thousand there would have secured many thousands of dollars in future business. I'm not the type that is going to demand they replace this $30 pair of garbage training wheels for free, but I certainly expected they would. If that small sale is so important to them, so be it. It's too bad.... I have a large, growing family who will replace bikes several times over the coming decade, and now I have to travel out of the area instead of around the corner in search of better service. 

UPDATE: I just picked up the replacement training wheels (that I should have ordered elsewhere) and the price went up $5 from when I ordered them a few days ago. All this guy could say was that he could order another pair that was cheaper, and I could wait for them.

These guys rip you off, 29.99 for a cheap tire plus 10 to install it !  I was helping out a homeless gentleman in the bike store,  The homeless guy whose parts I was paying for asked if they could help him out with a tire  That they were gonna throw away.. They said it was against policy to help anybody out with used tires. Pretty sad that a huge black store like this place can't find it in his heart to give in give somebody $5 off for part. To make things worse I went back to talk to the owner and one of the sales guys got smart at the mouth which almost got him in trouble.....
 After being a customer for 30 years I will no longer buy parts or bikes from this place ever in my life again and I will definitely spread the word of the poor practices of business.....

Went in with my bike which wasnt riding to good and I had a thousand questions and Daniel was able to answer every last one without a problem. Tuned up my bike and even explained to me how to maintain my bike better. Will be back and I told all my fellow riders about the shop. Thanks Daniel

Went to buy something and the cashier is asking me for my personal information... sounded fishy when he started asking me my name, phone number, but after he asked for my home address I said no way absolutely not. I told him I don't feel comfortable giving you that information for a 3 dollar item and how come I can't just swipe my card. The reply was it is store policy. I told the cashier I was not going to make the purchase and left. Will not be going back. That policy is a very good way to scare your potential customers away...
