It seems nothing has changed since the reviewer posted this 4 months ago. Corporate needs to step in here. Broken drink and ice machine, out of stock everything, signs about everything including not leaning on the counter. One employee. $14 for a large sandwich and a canned drink. I won’t be back. Looks like a 5 year old running a lemonade stand with a control issues
Placed the order online today, said it’ll be ready at 4:57 pm. Paid online as well. Went to pick up my order and this place is closed!! Website hours say 10-9!? I Should have read the previous reviews and never ordered from here. now I have to go thru hassle to get my refund
Worst put together sandwich I've had. can't follow directions. I asked for extra oil and vinegar and I got extra oil on the bread that's so cute the wrapper, and they neglected the pepper jack cheese that I ordered. I will concede that there is a possibility of the mess up is the Uber Eats driver, but that doesn't mean you can't make a sandwich properly.
I have been in the hospitality industry for 20 years, and I have never experienced management like this personally. There at least 5 different signs from management when you walk in about public restrooms, not wasting bags, out of stock items, not leaning on counters. It seems management has issues and is trying really hard to control the customer and costs. It comes off as very unwelcoming. For all the signs telling you what you can and can't do when we arrived at the counter and turned in our orders, half of what we ordered was out and we had to make changes. The man behind the counter is the management, and he is aggressive. We had a kid with us and he had not circled chips for his meal because he thought they were included, after clearing this up with the manager at the register, which should not be a big deal one of the chips was still left off the order. Our kid was then called out for taking chips we hadn't paid for, even though we were trying to explain that's what we said and were happy to pay for them. I get it supplies and help are hard to find, but you're running off your customers. We just moved to the area and dispite frequenting our previous location regularly, we will never be back to this location. I rarely write reviews, being in the industry I always think there's another side we don't know but a week later I'm still floored by how inhospitable this place was. The food was mediocre at best to the tune of $50 for four people, but I really wish I had listened to my hospitality gut and walked out.
Walked in today at 4:57 pm. Their hours say 10-9? So how come the guy said he was about to close and could still take our order but only accepted cash since he had already shut their credit card machine down. Either fix the hours on the website/doors or don’t reject customers when you list that you are open for 4 more hours.
Besides being randomly closed after driving 8 miles to this nearest store to redeem a birthday free sandwich that is now expired, the other reviews are spot on - the grinder WAS a classic - but both Fort Worth stores are beyond saving due to issues well documented.
They're never open when they say they are. What restaurant closes at 6PM? The one time I was able to get there when they were open, it took 10 minutes for someone to come out and help me, even though the restaurant was empty. I love Which Wich but this location is bad.
The owner is almost always behind the counter. He takes the time to connect with you and remembers all the special nuances of your order. My go to is the bowlwich. The portion size is perfect and all the Ingredients are fresh and tasty. They also cater and their sandwich boxes have been a big hit with my crew.
When you first arrive there is a sign telling you “No restrooms to the public at all!” Which is rude but whatever then they have signs that say do not write on bags or waste them. There is three lined up and it looks so unprofessional. I didn’t even try the food I just walked out I’m not going to support a place that yells at it’s customers twice before even ordering. Get new “management”. Won’t be back
They only had one young lady by herself. I witness her make 14 Sandwiches while I was there. She was literally running back and forth. It was incredibly to watch her handle everything and she did not miss a beat. Got all orders out and the quality of the food and her service was amazing!! I wish I had employees with such great work ethic, zeal, and great customer service skills. Who ever is the owner needs to acknowledge this young lady, They have no clue the gem that they have. I did not get her name but she was working around 7 pm on 10 September 2021.
