Ordered online from here. 1 pizza. Nothing complicated AT ALL. Was absolutely TORCHED. Burnt to a crisp. Tried calling for a remake 3 times and was hung up on 3 times.
I give 5 stars for the hot food. Everything was Great! However, the delivery charge is too greedy. I don't mind to give a good tip, but not to domino's. First I had to order more than I wanted just to get a delivery. Then... you charge a $4.99 delivery fee that the deliverer person doesn't get. They use their car and gas. That's messed up. That delivery fee needs to go to them. Not cool. Y'all just grabbing money and don't care about your workers or the customer. Truly sad.
Seriously don’t know what is going on at this location. Second time in a week it took 2 hours to get my delivery which is ridiculous. I get things happen on occasion but they need get it worked out. Too many places where You can get your order in a lot less time. Tracker shows starts prepping it then it sits there. Tried calling the first time after 30 min and they had one driver. Said my order was next then another 45 min go by and still no progress. Called back and said app didn’t update which was a total lie as it still took another 30 min. Gave them a second try benefit of the doubt and all then the same thing happened another 2 hrs and order sat in prep mode most the time. Steer clear definitely not worth the aggravation!! Top it off the employee is ruder than hell and hung up on me!!! Someone needs to be fired. After two hours of waiting tracker showed pizza was in the oven again when it had been out and sitting down 45 min. Cancelled my order will never order from them again and tell everyone to steer clear. They can’t even cancel an order correctly. 20 min later I get ice cold pizza.. seriously??
I ordered a pizza last night at 6:00 it took them till 8:00 to get it understood that my pizza order never was delivered. Five phone calls back and forth to try to get them to get my pizza to me and I'm up the following day still trying to get my refund. Not only did it take three people and the first one didn't even have any clue it was going on and told me he would call me back didn't get my name didn't get my number. Never called back but they put the delivery driver on the phone with me rude I should say the driver turned around and said that my address was bogus even though I've lived in the same apartment for 8 years and have never had any issues with getting a delivery from Domino's before. And can't seem to get a hold of an actual manager. So I'm going off again phone calls every 5 10 15 minutes today until I actually speak to the manager. I will not order from Domino's the pizza is not like it used to be it was an okay for 50% off whatever you ordered but now I know why they are doing that coupon customer service zero food quality well I wouldn't know I paid $20 for a pizza that was never delivered and now I'm fighting for a refund. I did email like the generic response said. Still had to fight to get my money returned. I'll NEVER order from this location EVER again. Horrible service
Friday night. I ordered at 11:08, it said being prepared by MASON. Around 1130 it had not even moved from prep. Then it said cancelled. I decided to try place the order again. Same name to prepare it. It became cancelled within 5 mins. I called the number, I stayed on the line and no one answered, they hung up. I sincerely hope my card does not get charged twice for a twice placed order that got cancelled. Do they just cancel orders immediately that do not leave a tip? Unbelievable. This Dominos is open til 1am and delivery til 2am.
Ordered last night at 2200, showed quality check at 2215 on the tracker. After about 30 more min, I called the store to make sure it wasn't misdelivered they explained we were the next delivery and the driver was on the way back to the store to get our order. The driver finally shows up at 2315 only driver at the store, certainly not blaming the driver. I meet him at the driveway and he has so many orders I help him look for our order, the store did not send it with him. He goes back to the store and get our order and delivers it some time around 2330. No surprise everything is cold. I attempted to use the "delivery insurance" it did not work. Would have been better of with frozen pizza.
Too bad there is not an option for zero stars. I am at work and placed an order for delivery. Waited over an hour. When I called the guy I spoke to was very rude when I asked for a refund and gave zero confirmation on my refund and just said alright! I'll just tell my driver to turn around and then hung up in my face! This is so disappointing. I will never again order from this location. Jared is the name of the worker that was rude to me.
If I could give Dominos 10 stars I definitely would! The dominos employees work so hard, yet always bring positive energy to the table. I appreciate all of you for making our food with a big smile on the side!
I would give zero stars if I could. I order from this location all the time, and I have NEVER had an experience as bad as today!!!!!! I ordered through the mobile app, and I got my order an hour later. I ordered two medium pizzas and wings. It was so cold that the pizza was hard to chew. I didn’t get my wings. I got something that looks like chicken with bacon bits or something. I thought no big deal, I’ll just call to have them fix it. Wrong. I got hung up on THREE times in a row by a male employee, and the fourth time I called, no one would answer. I couldn’t get to anyone until I tried calling from another number. I was asked to be put on hold, and I declined and asked if I could speak to a manager. He did not respond to me, and instead left me on the phone while I heard him taking other orders. When he finally got to me about 10 minutes later, I asked a second time to speak to a member of management. He did not respond nor did he apologize. I could just hear background noise until a female “manager” answered the phone EXTREMELY aggressively. When I explained to her that her employee was being disrespectful, she told me she wasn’t the one speaking to me, that she would hang up because I told her that I wanted a full refund, that it wasn’t her problem, and that she would not apologize. I asked for her name, and she said she was not obligated to give it to me and to call corporate. After she argued with me up and down about what I ordered, I asked her if she wanted me to drive up to the store and prove to her what I ordered. She kept raising her voice and said she would send part of it within 2-3 hours and that they would not prioritize it. Respectfully, I didn’t ask for my order to be prioritized. I asked for a refund. No thanks. What kind of customer service is this? This is more than just about missing wings or a cold pizza. The professionalism at this location is beyond ridiculous to say the LEAST. It costs nothing to be kind.
Staff was friendly but my Brooklyn pizza was burnt and cold when you fold it comes apart, first time trying this location
