I absolutely love this boutique!! Whimsy is always my first stop when my wardrobe needs updating. They always have the latest and greatest at very reasonable prices. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. My quick stop often turns into an hour long conversation. The shoes and boots are amazing!!

The best service I've ever had shopping. They really do a nice job purchasing to have an interesting selection. They also get new inventory every few days. Nothing is expensive, everything is at a super reasonable price. The service is great. As soon as you pick up something they take the load out of your hands and put it in a dressing room for you. Even when they're busy, which they often are, they give you plenty of attention. And you hardly ever have to wait on line. Whimsy is so much better than the outlets! Personal service, better style, great prices. I tell all my friends about it.

I've shopped at Whimsy for several years and have noticed prices rising and customer service dropping. I bought an outfit for Christmas high priced pair of boots for my wife (without her trying them on) so there was a high probability they needed to be exchanged which was the case. When it was all said and done, she needed to exchange everything and, after a few visits back, couldnt find enough items to exchange to cover what was originally purchased. We still have store credit there. The return policy is out of date and inflexible. The staff was great when buying items and very poor with returns or exchanges. Very unlike any experience I had with other boutiques or nice clothiers. I wouldn't go back, and recommend others to steer clear, there are other shops with unique items, better service, lower prices and more flexible policies.

Well, there's always got to be a few bad experiences out of thousands but Iv'e never had a bad experience at Whimsy. Some people are just so entitled, it's ridiculous. The entire world doesn't revolve around you. I guess it's true that if you have ONE bad customer service experience, that person will tell 10 people, because they always need to wail and cry about it. That being said, the clothes that are at Whimsy are unique, cute, and can really ad some spice to one's wardrobe. I don't need my A$$ kissed in order to shop, in fact I do better left alone, like most professional shoppers do. I divide and conquer. Whimsy people have always been friendly and helped when I had a question. I say, get over it, and if you want to be treated like royalty, go to freaking Nordstrom, pay their prices, and wear what everyone else is wearing. Mwah.

This store has really cute stuff. Had a miscommunication regarding the return policy and initially very disappointed, but the manager made it right and was willing to honor what was printed vs. what was supposed to be told to those purchasing using a promotion. Other than this instance, have always had excellent service and been happy with the quality and style of their clothes and accessories.
