Stay away from this place. The service department replaced some items on my new truck which caused an oil leak which I did not notice until I got home. I contacted them right away about the oil spill on my floor. The made a poor attempt to clean it. I call the service manger Jerry and he said that's the best I can do. I stated you just lost a customer. Jerry said I been lost before. Great customer service!😂

We were working with Mike Kienast, I believe they give you great service until they get their money.  Bought a used Toyota sequioa,  not a cheap car.... we bought for over 30k. First day,  found out navigation chip was not installed,  was told there was nothing they could do about that, which we were ok wity that.
 Come to find a week later, the heated leather seats are also not working. Let Mike know, and he said he'd scheduled us, Friday at noon,  he lied.  I called their service department to confirm my appointment and was told they have nothing schedule for me,  and I would have to be sent to Toyota anyways.  I let Mike know,  and he has since stopped replying to me. I would not recommend my friends, colleagues,  and family here. Lots of other dealerships that is willing to give you the attention you need.

After about a month of shopping online and at other dealers. ..we drove to WBL SS and came to agreement on a Buick LaCrosse. ..SLSM  Gary and his partner Troy were outstanding to work with. ...we now hope this car serves us as well as our 2003 Buick did with 140000 miles on it with only a few times in the shop for repairs. 
Retired 20 years and on a fixed income so hoping for a smooth transition and all goes as planned  / based on all we discussed. ..They really made it a pleasant experience. .Thanks...

By far the worst experience I have had at a dealership.  This was due to the sales person, Max.  Horrible customer service.  Went to purchase a car for running back and forth to work.  Unfortunately my husband couldn't be there to look at it with me so I said I wanted to call him and discuss the car we were interested in.  I had not mentioned that I was not interested in the vehicle, only made a small remark that the vehicle had little more dings and dents than what the pictures on the internet show therefore, I wanted to call and speak to my husband.  Max simply replied "well, this doesn't look like a sure thing, I have better things to be doing and places to go". I had only been there for 5 minutes.  I drove an hour and a half to purchase this vehicle, cash in hand and walked away completely disgusted!  Although, the guys inside were very nice, I will not be giving this company my business.  Max is a terrible representation of your company!  Absolutely unacceptable.

Just bought a truck from them. Bruce is a excellent salesmen he is very knowledgeable of all vehicles also he is very friendly and considerate of your time. Management keeps a clean welcoming environment
