Friendly staff and quick service (probably because they left out some of my order). Every time I go there they forget something and I'm not driving back in the middle of the night to get what I paid for. They probably owe me $20 worth of food at this point.

Great service,  great food.  My 4 year old daughter ordered the 3 pcs chicken rings kids meal,  upon receiving it she accidentally dropped her chicken rings on the floor in the booth.  I asked if they sold just a 3 pc which they didn't but after I explained she dropped them the gentleman said don't worry I'll make her more free of charge.  Nice to see there are still establishments and workers that care.

Friendly people, clean dining room.
The only issue i had was not all of my food was hot & fresh wen ready.
But at least it was warm.and as busy as the place was, i can understand why the food wasn't pipping hot.

My chicken sliders were pretty good, but my wife's burger sliders were soggy and not hot at all. Fries were not seasoned and very bland. For her first visit to White Castle, she was not impressed... and we will not be back. The staff was very friendly, and it was clean, which is why I gave 3 stars.
