I do not shop at restuarants where they treat white men better than black men. I walked in stood back to decide what to buy and stepped to the counter. Black young lady named Linda or something waits about 1:20 minutes to notice me and tell me she is busy and hold on. About 5:00 minutes later after showing tons of concern with serving white customers first she finally decides to take my order. I sit back and pretend like I am paying her no attention. White guy comes in, she nearly breaks her neck to serve him within 10 seconds. Bye bye love, White Castle. You will not see me there again. I complained about it and she laughed. What's funny??????? I guess it is funny for the owner to lose the money from my business. The manager heard me asking her what was going on and the manager apologized right away. At least the manager has common sense. Then she's talking about she was dropping sides. She needs to go back to the 1st grade or a special school or see a psychiatrist if it takes her 5 minutes to drop sides. I was watching her, she was preparing food and drooping sides, she was not just dropping sides. But if it takes that long to "drop sides," then she is in the wrong business like a pocket with a hole in the bottom. She was taking her sweet time. There won't be a second time. I'll never experience that again. UPDATE: I just talked to my friend who worked for White Castle for over 30 years and retired. They say that is not the standard protocol, they are not supposed to make the customer wait like that. I have also learned that White Castle claims they cannot afford to staff their restuarants. They can afford it, they just want a larger profit. Instead of making a 30 million profit they want 30.2 million profit or something like that. Pissing me off is not an option. Get people in there to serve me like they have some sense before I really go my merry way. Find some other kind of way to boost your profits without pissing me off before I arrange to stop you from getting any profit from me at all.

I used the white castle app to placed an order with a pick up time for 10:20 pm. I called 10pm to let them know i was on my way. I got there at 10:23, got my food at 10:54 with a sandwich missing. So i guess they microwave the breaded chicken breast which made in hard and rough like a pumice.  No extra pickles on burgers, no receipt, no apology. I will never go to this location again.

Very clean, food cooked when ordered! Personnel very professional and courteous!  Will visit again. Oh, the bathroom was also clean.

This white castle on North Ave and 9th Ave on Melrose pk is the cleanest and the nicest people working and the breakfast beats McDonald's burger King and on quality and value and service I frequent this place early morning before heading to work and last but not least the coffee! Fresh great tasting and hot highly recommend it if your driving through.
