Can you give a "no star"? ? I was Not personally in there, but I had a family member with an insignificant misdemeanor charge that was treated as if they had commited manslaughter! The Sheriff, however, being the compassionate person that he was, saw to it that the matter was taken care of in a timely way. And the officer handling it was awesome. It was after getting to the jail itself where things went South! Emplyees need to recognize not every crime deserves the same treatment. Cant believe the county wastes money and actually picks up these minor offenders that cause ABSOLUTELY NO THREAT TO THE PUBLIC! What a waste!!

This can be one of the toughest jobs mentally as well as physical on a person, walk a mile in their shoes as the old saying goes! They are not perfect mistakes are made by everyone all you can do is the best you can! If your experience there was not enjoyable then keep ur butt out!

Many of the police in this station use drugs, the most popular that I've noticed is many of the police and jail employees use methamphetamine. White county is widely regarded as the most corrupt county in all of AR. To anyone considering taking a trip or vacation in White county, i HIGHLY advise you to stay away. These cops are VERY crooked. STAY AWAY FROM WHITE COUNTY. My mate who was visiting from Cannondale got pulled over with under an ounce of marijuana. The officer arrested him, and back at the station he added enough water to the vegetable matter to increase the weight to a point where he could charge my friend with a felony.

I don't know what community college vending machine the staff here got their certificates at (if any education is actually needed to work here) but the world would be a better place if the white county sheriffs office of AR disappeared forever. There should be no reason why anyone ever says "well I wouldn't know" uselessness annoys me to death. Waste of tax payer dollars funding the lives of these uneducated individuals.
