"The White Mana, located at 470 Tonnele Ave., Jersey City is a historical landmark, as well as the first Manna THE ORIGINAL! to open, and was the 1939 World's Fair building. When originally introduced, it was called the "diner of the future" and an "Introduction to Fast Food." According to the present owner, Mario Costa, Jr., the difference in spelling was the result of an error when the sign was serviced."

One word for the sliders/burgers WOW. Most impressed. Heard how good the burgers were, boy were the right. Everything was great from the food, to the service, to the prices. DEFINITELY will be back for more, a lot more.Food: 5/5
Defiantly worth the stop, not sure if they are really bucket list/best burger worthy burgers, but they are 100% worth the $$ and the place itself is historic and does not disappoint. Get the pickles! On the side and if you are starving when you walk in, order fries, they come out quickly and you can snack before the burgers are done.
Gets an extra star because the burgers did actually taste all right. but the restaurant is really gross and dirty and the service was pretty rude. no free refills either. grill was filthy and I could see the cook smoking inside in the main kitchen. if the stuff right in your face has that level of filth, then I can't imagine the state of the stuff we can't see. I will say that this really surprised me bc I've seen this restaurant receive praise on First we Feast and other reviewers on Google. included photos of the grill and the cook with the lit cigarette in his hand indoors
Was traveling through Hoboken and realized that White Mana Diner was just about 3 miles away. With local flooding, trip took longer than expected but worth it. Unlike the White Manna Hamburgers in Hackensack, this location is in Jersey City. Love the nostalgic feel as you walk up and once you step in, it's as you are taking a step back into time. Ordered the special - 3 cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink for $10. Stopped in before ty4 lunch rush and found parking with ease and had th3e diner to myself but more customers were trickling in as a ate. Sliders were tasty and was happy to have checked this off from my food places to visit.
Old school simple and quick. They haven’t changed much and they don’t need too. Friendly staff and service. Food is consistent and quick.
Old school. BETTER then ANY fast food chain hands down. GREAT PRICES. I would recommend the 3 cheeseburger special AND THE cheesesteak. Jimmy is a character. Love the pace. Highly recommend it.

I went here with my colleague based on google reviews. It is a typical American diner where time has stood still. Ne chic and modern gastronomy expected is out of place here. There are classic cheeseburgers prepared the old way and small talk with the owner at the counter. There is the offer 3 cheeseburgers for everyone, a Seitz and a drink for around $10 because you can't complain. The citizens were fresh and well the talk with her pleasant. It is paid in cash no payment accepted. If you don't have any cash with you, you will be friendly but determined to the LTM in the house. Parking spaces available in the side street. Not a must-have, but you should definitely take it with you when you drive past it.

This is the coolest place I have visited lately. The hamburguers are amazing and addictive. The service is very nice with no pretentions at all. I don"t think it was a good idea coming here because now I want to come every day. Thank you so much.Food: 5/5
