After staying at the dealership for over 2 hours they declined my method of payment because of their "policy". Their finance manager claimed to have worked for 4 different dealerships and none of them ever excepted my form of payment. My bank works with dealerships across the entire U.S.A. and NEVER had an issue with a dealership and this was their first experience as well. Before you decide to deal with this dealership do the following, 1) Call them to confirm that your method of payment will be accepted if you find the right vehicle, 2) Find other pricing from different dealers to get an accurate and fair price, at first they gave me a price without tax and when I said the other dealership included the tax they quickly included the tax with the original number (Go figure, I would have had to pay an extra $3,000-$4,00 just in taxes!) 3) stick with the other dealership and you will overall have a better experience.

Our experience at White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge was excellent from start to finish. My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle and we are so happy we chose this dealership to do so. We made an online inquiry and were immediately able to set-up an appointment for the following day. From the moment we arrived at WPCJD we felt welcome. The Jeep we were interested in was parked right out front and ready for the test drive. Our sales consultant Oliver (who came in on his day off; talk about dedication) was knowledgeable, professional and beyond helpful. We really appreciated Oliver’s candor and attentiveness. He took the time to answer all our questions and we never felt pressured nor rushed to make a purchase. Oliver also did not try to push some other vehicle on us like we’ve experienced at other dealerships. Once we decided to purchase, Oliver and Roger (who has the patience of a saint) both spent the entire day taking care of everything from the financial approval and trade in paperwork to the transfer of our plates & registration. Twenty-four hours later we were driving our new Jeep Renegade home. We received exceptional customer service from the entire staff (front desk, manager & insurance team included) and would not hesitate to purchase a car from WPCJD in the future. Thank You Oliver, Roger & staff for making this such a pleasant experience.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. We visited the dealership after work this week, excited to test drive a new car. Upon walking in, we were greeted (nicely, this was the only good part), and were looking forward to sitting down with a salesperson. Well, we unfortunately were paired with Oliver. Oliver asked us a few quick questions, and we then asked to test drive a specific car. We had to drive to another lot to do so. On the way there, he bragged about how many cars he sells, and told us we should be looking at a different car instead of what we wanted. Upon arriving at the other lot, he couldn't find the car we wanted. After doing a lot of research, I knew they only had one, and it was very obvious as it was white. We drove by it and I pointed it out, but he said no, that isn't it. We insisted on getting out to look at it, and it was in fact the car, but either he had grabbed the wrong key, or the battery was dead, and he didn't want to admit it. He continued insisting this was not the car that we wanted. Not once did he apologize that we were not able to test drive or that he messed up. We drove 30 minutes for nothing since we did not get to do a test drive. He questioned our ability to actually purchase the car on the way back to the dealership and seemed shocked that we wanted to purchase, not lease. (Very uncomfortable for us) We sit down when we get back and he gives us a ridiculous price of MSRP on the car. I ask for a discount, he says they don't give one if you want 0% financing. I replied that we must be at the wrong dealership then, and he AGREED, got up, and WALKED AWAY FROM US. I started to ask for his card and he continued to walk away. He was completely rude, unprofessional, pushy, and over sales-y from start to finish. I work in sales and I was truly appalled by this experience. If you do decide to go here, avoid working with Oliver. However, I highly recommend going to any of the other numerous dealerships in the area who will actually discount cars and be respectful of potential customers. We will NEVER return to this dealership and will be sure to continue telling others this story.

This place really is great. I called on a whim after seeing a commercial during the Yankees game & they really did make me feel like family. First I spoke to Joe, the sales manager. This guy is a class act. I had explained over the phone what I was in the market for, what I was willing to pay & the horror stories that I had from other dealerships that I already went to in the previous weeks. He was genuinely sympathetic & understanding. He assured me that I found the right dealership this time & he will find me exactly what I'm looking for. So I set up an appointment with him for later that day. When I walked in the entire staff greeted me. When I found Joe it was like running into an old friend. None of the previous dealerships made me feel this much at home. We spoke for a bit & then he introduced me to his salesman Guy. Guy is awesome! This man knows his stuff. Again, it was like dealing with an old friend. He was courteous, patient, accommodating & absolutely hilarious without ever jeopardizing professionalism. It was more like having a friend with a car hook-up than dealing with a salesman. He never once tried to sell me anything. No extras, no packages, no warranties, no B.S. what so ever. As the matter of fact, he put me in the same car I was looking for a year newer with more options than I was asking for, for the exact same cost. Unheard of! This transaction went so smooth that I was waiting for the catch. Needless to say there was no catch. I picked up my 2018 Durango today & I love it! The owner Auggie from the commercial even came out to shake my hand, talk baseball & wished me luck with my new ride. How's that for class! These guys are the best! If I could give 6 stars I would. They have me as a customer for life & I will recommend them to everyone.

Had a great experience at this dealership. I have bought new and used cars before and never really enjoy the experience. This dealership does a nice job of not pulling you in a million directions trying to make the deal. Straight forward no BS. I have to give a shoutout to Oliver!!! He sat and listened to what I wanted and showed me different vehicals with no stress or pressure. I bought a 2015 Jeep overland. Oliver took pride on delivery day and made sure the Jeep was in awesome condition. He sent me pictures after the Jeep was detailed and made the process move smoothly and efficiently. I had left my business cell phone in the car I traded in by accident. I called later that night after Oliver left. Oliver came back to work, located my vehicle (which was off site) and located my phone for me. Really really great service from Oliver. Left this experience with a smile rather than feeling frazzled!! Ask for Oliver! He is a good Dude!!!!!
