If i could give this place a million stars i would! Both Big George and Little George are amazing people. I had the pleasure of dealing with both while having my engagement ring made. They took something that meant so much to my fiances family and turned it into the ring of a lifetime. They kept us in the loop the entire time on the process of the ring, making sure we were happy with the look of it before completion. I cant wait to get the wedding band and my fiances ring from them too!

George was amazing help getting my fiance's engagement ring ready for the wedding.  Very personable and friendly service.  When we got the work back it looked better than we ever imagined.  I would recommend this place to anyone who needs quality work that won't break the bank.

I used to love coming here, always nice service and they had high standards where it came to customer satisfaction. About a year and 4months ago I bought a ring and it was too high so I brought it back and they lowered I pay about $500 extra for "the repairs" about a couple of months ago the top of the ring came off, so I brought it to get it repaired and they are trying to charged me again. You can perfectly tell that it was a bad job and even the guy that was helping me said that it was uneven. Never coming back here. They are under new management.

Today I took some of my Mom's jewelry by to separate the real from the costume. George and Kerri were extremely helpful. The customer service was great and I plan on returning to have some earrings re-set.  Thank you for all your help.

After having two slightly unpleasant transactions with employees of Whitestone/Cedar Park Jewelry some time ago, I was hesitant to try the third time, but I did because of their close proximity to my home.  I took a nearly 100-year-old, very sentimental and valuable ring I didn't wear with the hopes of having it made into a necklace.  I spoke with George last week about what I wanted.  He showed me his suggestion, which was exactly what I had imagined.  Yesterday, Angel took the stone out of the setting and made it into a beautiful solitaire necklace that I will wear every day.  Periodically, George took me back to watch Angel's progress.  I left a couple of hours later with a new appraisal and a huge smile on my face amidst some lovely comments from the staff (the guys!!!).  I couldn't have had a better experience, and the necklace is stunning.
