My new hard drive failed on me after only 6 months. Getting an email from them took more than 24 hours for them to respond. They wont answer the phone, and when they did they hung up on me. I have a lot of patience but when you treat your customer like 2nd priority its ridiculous. Honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them.

While I did have some issues with my order,  those may have been caused by the factory or UPS -- once I contacted GoHardDrive,  they resolved my problem quickly and courteously.  I recommend using the "Online Chat" button on their website rather the phone -- it was pretty much instant.
I would definitely use them again.
