Quick service for a custom request done while I waited

my wife and l had a very unpleasant experience dealing with this company. We both bought leather vests with the expectations of having  our patches sewn on at their location. The company offers three patches sewn on for free with the purchase of a jacket or vest. We purchased our two vests,however, we could not have our patches sewn on that day because the person that sews on the patches was not at work that day . The person in charge gave me his business card and told me to call in a couple of days to see if it could be done then. I called and was told to come in and have the work done. We had 53 patches sewn on for a total of $ 177.55 . Upon paying the bill l asked for the discount that was agreed upon,however, l was told that l could not have it because they were not installed the day of the purchase!!!! REMEMBER.. They could not do the work the dsy l purchased them and was told to come back. SO, They will NEVER see another penny from me and probably from a lot of the group we ride with!! They have a nice assortment of leather and patches. And they'll sew on any patches that you purchase, or bring in.
