I’ve been to Wiggy Wash many times and have loved it. I’ve tried several “detail services” so far I’ve done the wax, carpet, leather, and vinyl treatment. They do a great job! My car always feels like new after. On the rare occasion they miss a spot they are quick to fix anything I point out. You can tell they want you to leave happy. My kids love going through the tunnel and really enjoy the kid friendly waiting room. I recently got the headlight restoration done and can’t believe the difference it makes driving at night.

Have had so many customer service issues at this place it’s getting ridiculous. I seriously question the basic ability of these employees to complete simple tasks.

1. Multi-car discount for unlimited pass turns out to be a lie, doesn’t apply. Took me 3 visits and 4 phone calls to figure this out, waited for a call from a manager 3 times and it never came.

2. I call and ask to cancel an unlimited account on a truck I just sold. They tell me they can’t do it without the number on the sticker. I tell them the number. I also decide to cancel the unlimited account on my wife’s car. Then the same person 1 minute later finds my wife’s car by searching by her name. 
They assure me both accounts are deactivated.
Here I am 1 month later with 2 unlimited accounts still being charged to my credit card.

Wiggy Wash for me offers the best balance of price and quality. There's plenty of options for getting exactly what you want. Staff is super friendly and don't get offended if you ask for something extra.

First time getting my Camry detailed since moving to this area. 
Was apprehensive about finding somewhere that would do a good job. 
 They took extra care and time on the leather seats.
Car looks amazing!

It certainly isn't the easiest to get to from certain directions. It also isn't configured in the easiest way to navigate within like from freshly washed car to the vacuum section. But, we love the VIP features and extras that all the above becomes a minor irritant.
