With my monthly pass I’m able to go as much as I want for a car wash. I usually go once or twice a week. It is super convenient to be able to stop by after work but I’ve had trouble finding the right time to minimize the lines. Even with the member lane, I often have to wait up to 15 minutes. However, other days I make it through with no line at all. I usually go between 4-6pm but, like I said, I haven’t been able to figure out the rhyme or reason to why it is busy or not. 

As far as the quality of the wash and the quality of the employees, that has all be fantastic. The workers are friendly and helpful, and often offer some kind of treat. The quality of the wash is consistent and I like the ability to use their vacuums when needed for no extra charge.

I was looking for a company to detail my vehicle so I  could sell it. I called multiple companies that either didn't answer or didn't have time to detail my vehicle, even some of the big competitors in the area. Supersonic got me right in, and it was on a Saturday. It was close enough to some restaurants that I just walked to get lunch while I waited. The play area was a lot of fun for my kids while we waited too. My car looked great after they were done. It was very thorough and they focused on the area I asked them to focus on.

Supersonic car wash has impressed me. The car washes are outstanding coming from an automated system. The free vacuums are a staple and I hope they never go away. It is impossible to find a place like this in Oregon; I’ve tried! The fast pass system works like a charm. The interior services are great as well. They have replaced my sticker for me on a couple of occasions as my windshield was replaced (albeit crooked and irritating to look at). They have also done a great complete inside/outside wash. The headlight restoration service needs work as it did not make any difference for me and I don’t think I got my money’s worth as I’ve seen it done better elsewhere and quicker, maybe don’t offer it if you can’t do it well. Other than that, outstanding service has been great and the inside facilities are nice as well. They have added a lot of product, almost making the place into a mini-mart, but it’s a better use of the space. Great job and keep up the good work.

I think for the money this place offers a good clean.  They use a little more water then other places which I think is good because there is less chance for scratching the paint on my car.   They have several washes to choose from including more detailed service.  The fast pass is great unlimited washes a month.  I have to take off a star though because sometimes the wash misses spots on my car.

Terrible place.. I will never do business at this place again. They broke my windshield and it's clear as day they did it. I've know several people that has happened too. Also the truck wasent clean after a fill $140 detailed it was still dirty. Unbelievable!!! Don't go
