(02/24/18) This has got to be the WORST experience in a restaurant I have had in years! We arrived at at 5:35 and, despite seeing open tables, we were told there would be a 25-30 minute wait. We were seated at 5:53 pm. We placed our order less than 10 minutes from being seated, but then had to wait over an hour (7:06 pm) for our food. Our waitress checked on us once after 25 minutes and we had to ask for a full table of drink refills. When our food finally came out, we all needed refills, we still had no silverware, and to top it all off...the food was cold! To the credit of the manager, after we complained, he did offer to have it made again. We declined because we did not want to wait another hour. Our toddler was starving and cranky. Before leaving, my wife went to change our daugther in the restroom and came back pissed becaused she had to move a broken stall door to get the changing table down while listening to another mother who was just as happy having to let her daughter use a stall without a door and another woman asking for toilet paper in the only stall with a door. No way are we ever coming back.

Young couple here. We ordered drinks when we arrived that evening. 30 minutes later still no drinks. Our appetizer was placed during that time. Twenty minutes later we had to remind our waitress about our drinks and she was nowhere to be found after promising our beverages. We barely had time to take a sip or a bite before our main course arrived. There was tons of confusion about happy hour prices. There was a sever lack of communication between the waitress and management. To anyone with a high standard for date night I woul not recommend this location.

Had lunch at Sandhills location. I had never been to this restaurant before. Food was good and our server Katie was a refreshing experience. She is attentive, helpful and professional.

2/24/18 Myself and 4 others were in here around 6. The entire restaurant was empty and the servers were just standing around. We were told there was a 15-20 minute wait. After waiting about 10-15 minutes we spoke to Trevor the bartender got us a manager who finally was able to seat us against the 3 hostess who were very rude in explaining why they were on a wait. I am thoroughly displeased

Customer Service was terrible. Our waitress never checked on us, she was too busy talking to her friends. Never got a refill. We had to ask her for our ticket and when we were ready to pay we had to go give it to her because she was busy talking to her friends, again. It took 1 hour for our food to come out and when it did our chicken wings and fries were cold. My 5 year old refuse to eat his kids meal because his fries were cold. I also witnessed an employee get a dish rag out of a red bucket to wipe up some ranch dressing she spilled on the floor, and put it back in the bucket of dish water. In my opinion things that are spilled on the floor should be mopped up not cleaned up with a dish rag. I would not recommend this wild wings to my worst enemy. I really wish I could say one thing positive about this restaurant but unfortunately my experience was so bad, I cannot.
