We arrived at 7pm and there were very few people so we expected quick service. We had a simple order of a burger and shrimp skewers. One hour later we were brought our food. The shrimp w/a side of tots was cold. We were told there was an error with the burger and that caused the delay. Really? Several people seated after us ate and left before we even got food. We will never return to this location. Very nice waitress but clearly over-worked.

Stood there for 15 minutes trying to get seated, even called the restaurant to see if someone would pick up so I could ask them to send a hostess up, finally walked to the bar to ask if they even had a hostess. Your strawberry blonde bartender needs to lose the attitude before she works with the public, didn’t no one force her to put in that application. And whoever was hostessing needs better training, I asked if we could sit outside and was told “well a server will get to you if they have time”. I don’t care if you don’t have a lot of servers, you NEVER tell a customer that! Only positive part of our experience was our server had a great personality and was super friendly, wish more of your staff was that nice.

Used to be one of our favorite hang out spots in Greenville - in the past 4 years or so it's gotten terrible. We LOVED dancing here on weekends, it's the best dance floor in downtown! Now the bands are depressing, acoustic no-names. No dancing, the restaurant is empty and I never hear about anything exciting Wild Wing related on the radio anymore. BRING BACK OUR WILD WING!!!! We miss dancing, drinking and chowing on wings! The ripped seating and clueless management doesn't help. Please. Bring back the fun. Bring back the Wing.

It was not crowded and I APPRECIATED that. Our server was OVERALL GREAT she had a very SWEET ATTITUDE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED. AND THE HOSTESSES SAY US IN THE BACK CAUSE WE HAD A 2 YEAR OLD WITH US. The WINGS WAS SEASONED TO PERFECTION AND IT WASN'T COOKED HARD. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN. THANKS WILD WINGS CAFE.

If I could rate a zero I would! Me and my boyfriend went to celebrate our one year anniversary, and was completely disappointed. We was immediately greeted by the hateful hostess who looked like she completely hated her job, and then sat by a nightmare of a waitress (who was apparently on something...she couldn't be still long enough to hear our requests). After being sat, we waited twenty minutes before we was even acknowledged. When our waitress finally came back to our table she took our drink order, and asked if we was here on a special occasion. Answering, we told her it was our anniversary. She then offered us a brownie desert on the house. After ordering our food we waited 30 minutes for our appetizer which was wings that was completely over cooked and cold. Then we waited 25 more minutes for our entrees, and it was overcooked as well. My boyfriends burger was burnt on the outside and pink on the inside with his fries cold. The meat on my sandwich was burnt, and my tater tots was rock hard. When our waiter finally came back to get us a refill, she added tea to my coke! She then fixed it, and told us she would put our order in for our brownie. After waiting another 15 minutes, and realizing our parking time was about to run out I had to find her and ask if she had put the order in for the brownie....and believe it or not she had not even put the order in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
