Wildflour Gluten-Free Baking

The best gluten free ready to eat traditional cinnamon buns in seattle I have looked everywhere! They are large and so fluffy! Any of their muffins are also delicious! It is pricey but try it anyway!

Be careful when ordering custom cakes! My husband ordered a custom vegan chocolate birthday cake from them and only when we got it home and cut into it that evening did we realize they gave us a vanilla cake with vanilla icing inside. We had to throw is away because we weren’t sure if it was dairy free. Also the decorations were kind of weird. It had the right name, but it was decorated with poinsettias even though its February. He had also ordered cinnamon rolls but when he arrived the staff there said they accidentally sold them all. It was all suppose to be a surprise for me and he was so embarrassed and felt terrible. I just wish they would be more careful with their custom orders because they really ruined a special day. Luckily they did refund him, but we most likely will not order from them again.

I love this bakery! The foccacia is to die for!! Everything so far has been outstanding. Including the customer service. The employee was so helpful! I also appreciate the clearly marked allergens in each item!

Very allergen friendly, helpful staff, and great food quality - the double chocolate cookies are amazing. Summer strawberry muffins and lemon muffins are hard to choose between. I recommend both!

This is a great business with an amazing owner behind the operation. I found Wildflour by accident while having dinner at “the barking frog” in Woodenville and exploring their delicious gluten free bread as an appetizer. I was shocked to find such amazing flavor and texture in their gluten free bread. After asking our server “is this bread made here? Where is this from? Where can I buy some?” we were told about Wildflour. Now we live about 45 minutes south of Wildflour but had to plan an adventure to see what other products this company offers. Upon arriving we saw a gentleman busy loading a truck as it appeared. We said good morning and continued in the establishment and the same gentleman immediately appeared in the shop to greet us once again. That is where we met Jay, who is extremely passionate about the company telling us all the stories and giving us so much of his time to share the joy of the business. We purchased pasta, bread, cinnamon rolls, pizza, and biscuits! I can not wait to cook with all of their products and have company over for gluten free pasta with their bread and a bottle of wine! Thank you for the pleasant experience Jay!!! Let us know when you open a location down south! Until then I will have to make more trips because the product and service is absolutely worth the time and money spent!!

I absolutely love the goodies that my husband picks up from Wildflour Bakery. I have been gluten free for over a decade and had written off ever having items like sourdough bread or even a decent GF pie. The options are wonderful and the staff ALWAYS treats me husband with respect and friendship. Thank you for such great food and service!!

My wife is GF however our weakness is bread. This entire establishment has been there. We didn’t think we were gonna be able to get a birthday cake for my wife. Called them when they opened and I picked up the cake within a few hours later. We come here every so often to buy their amazing cinnamon rolls as well. Love this place. Highly recommend them for your gluten free non dairy treats!

Being gluten free is a must for me! Happy to find this place, and so excited to know there are even vegan options! Salvador was so kind in helping me try to decide between all the treats in the bakery it had been awhile since I’ve found a good dedicated gluten free shop! thanks!!

Wildflour is my favorite bakery, not gluten free bakery, but bakery of any kind. For starters the service is an 11/10 but everything is so fresh and delicious! We get everything for the holidays every year from Wildflour and even did a custom order for the dessert bar at our wedding. I don't know if I can pick favorites but the foccacia is a staple in our house and you can't go wrong with the snickerdoodle cookies, maple bourbon scones, or any of the pie bars!

This Gluten-Free bakery is a great stop if you must eat Gluten-Free and like bakery items. It isnt easy to find a bakery that does it all like this one! It is hard not to buy one of everything,....the only thing stopping me is the higher cost! Scones, go for it! French Bread, absolutely! Decadent cookies, of course! We will continue to frequent fir my partner who is celiac and missed a good french bread loaf in her life! Noticed thag they are now doing pizza, take home to bake option.....will give it a try soon.
