Easily accessible stop on our way before crossing Stanislaus forest. The rooms are clean, quiet, and smell like laundry. The guy at the front desk is nice and friendly. The fridge was loud though so we unplugged it. Bathroom fan is crazy loud but can't do anything about that. Bed is old school (very springy) and heater is also older style. Overall pleasant stay though.

The Wild Wood Inn exceeded all my expectations of a Mountain Type inn. Definitely a hidden gem! The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool a couple steps outside the room with a gas grill available for guests! I would definitely stay here again. For what you pay and what u get it I rate 5 stars!

Wildwood Inn in Twain Harte is a great little getaway spot. The Staff are really nice and go the extra mile to make your stay a good one. The rooms are clean and cozy. Continental breakfast, new T.V.'s,.pool, jacuzzi. Hiking trail, park, and downtown gift shops within walking distance. I recommend this little Paradise with two thumbs up.

Spacious , clean and great location. Nice morning, breakfast and the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet.they work hard to make sure we were comforpable.

Not a terrible place, but from the reviews I read I was led to expect excellence. It is pretty much a motel. Nothing is particularly bad and nothing is particularly great either. Room is small, but correctly furnished. Beds are ok. Shower is ok. For the price, I would expect a proper hotel experience.
