When you have to go, you just have to go wander. As I was meandering and waiting, the airport is on the smaller side and easy to navigate, I happened upon a Chihuly display! Lovely!

I have seen this airport transform into a beautiful facility since moving to Oklahoma City back in 2000. The space and it's services / amenities have evolved and is getting better over the years. 

As Oklahoma continues to grow as a state in the heart of U.S.A., may this airport continues to serve as a gateway to welcome visitors from around the nation and the world. 

Flying through this airport as a student in the early 2000s and now as a working adult, memories have been formed by many milestones in my life. Oklahoma has and will continue to have a special place in my heart as a second home.

I cannot believe how polite the TSA agent was when I had trouble finding my boarding pass. It was so refreshing. I know the TSA agent at my home airport would be yelling at me, but the one working here was so kind. Thank you!

I like our OKC airport. It's pretty easy to find parking and get to the airport. Security lines are usually (usually!) pretty fast. Not too many flight changes or delays. Food and shopping options are obviously not as plentiful as larger airports, but I can usually find something to fill me up. Baggage claim moves pretty quickly; I don't ever feel like I wait forever for my bag to show up, like at some other airports. It's quick and easy for someone to pick you up or to catch a taxi or uber.

Visiting other mid-market airports makes you realize how nice WRWA is for it's size. Large, open concourses. Good food options. Clean facilities.
