Convenient location to park and go to various official locations. The parking rate is very reasonable.

Closed on weekends. This is a very large underground parking lot under Willard Park, right across the street from the Convention Center, very convenient... only one problem: the g*ddamn lot is closed on weekends. I don't know what brain-dead idiot at City Hall decided that Cleveland needed a Convention Center, but also decided that the parking lot next the convention center should be closed on weekends, but apparently the Cleveland city council is not known for intelligence.

Major event going on at the convention center across the street. Didn't warn people that the lot was closing and cars were locked in.
