Just bought a car from them after my vehicle was totaled Brian and his staff are very kind they were able to get me approved and in a car with in an hour and a half even though I have bad credit he gave me the lowest payment and then turned around and helped us get it even lower the a/c was out on the car we bought he took it for the weekend to fix it and put us in a different car until our was finished. I highly recommend Williams auto sales bad credit small down payment and still possible to get a car from some of the nicest people in Cookeville

The staff here is fantastic. .. they worked for 2 days getting the best car for my elderly mom ... she was financed instantly ... great payments for her budget and she's on limited income !! Nobody would give her financing but these guys did ! .... and made sure she wasn't over budget ... with warranty !!! thanks for everything you all did for her !! Highly recommended for all !

I have dealt with Williams auto sales on two different occasions. They are some of the most honest people I have worked with. The first time I come to buy a vehicle from Mr. Williams himself. He talked me out of it because the vehicle I was looking at was not a suitable vehicle for every day use or family use. The prices are fair for what you’re getting. The second time I come I brought my sister to buy her first car. They were upfront and honest about everything. The only reason I give four stars is because of the 22% interest rate. With that being said it may be a high interest but they can work with just about anyone. If you’re like me and don’t have the best credit I would Definitely give Williams auto sales a look. It’s a good way to establish your credit but also get a decent vehicle at a fair price.

My boyfriend and I are so happy we went here. We were in an accident last week and was looking for a new vehicle before we had to return the rental because my car was totaled . We heard about Williams Auto and I read amazing reviews so off we went. As soon as we got out of the vehicle, everyone was so welcoming and you don't get that often. We drove a 2014 Ford Taurus and fell in love with it. They worked with us and the next day (Sunday) they called and we went and signed papers and took home our car. We definitely will always shop with them. THANK YOU EVERYONE THERE!!!
