Went by today for lunch at this location. Wasn't busy.  Ordered a 3 piece legs and fries.  Fries had been sitting,  so I requested fresh fries.  I agree with the previous comments regarding checking your order.  I figured my request was honored since it was s few minutes and a separate bag,  but the additional fries tasted and looked refried from the batch I had. Too bad I can't post a picture. I do believe in customer service and fresh fries. It is better to just keep checking your order before you leave or no longer patron this chicken place.. There are several chicken places on the same street.

If I could give a negative star I would. Went there for lunch today and there was absolutely NO customer in the drive thru  or inside. I was thinking that would allow me to be in and out...NOT! I only order a small okra and two tenders. They said the wait would be 8 minutes and they would bring it out, no problem. It ended up being almost 20mins and that was only after I went inside to remind them I was there.  Once I got my food the okra was practically burned and the tenders just short of awful. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going there.

Order a two piece and it took almost an half an hour just sitting in my car this is crazy but the chicken is good and hot lol, still love em

When you get fresh chicken and gravy it's the best around, I have gotten lumpy bumpy gravy and double fried chicken that has been sitting for longer than it should. I think it recently had a change in management because it's more miss than hit lately.
