One star is being too generous for this location. It took the Drive-Thru person 5 minutes to come on the speaker to take my order only to tell me that they did not have what I wanted. His tone was less than friendly and customer service oriented. The other reviews seemed to be right on point about poor customer service. I contacted their Corporate office for all that it is worth.

Awful customer service! It literally took them 5 minutes to take my order through drive thru. The first time I went my fries were cold they also tasted like they were cooked with old oil. After they claimed to have fresh fries before I even order and guess what? They were SOGGY 😒 The second time I decided to go by to give them another chance (since its 3 mim from my home) the same problem occurred they had soggy fries and the burger was cold once again... So if your looking to eat in this location just go to McDonalds that is next door.

Worst Burger King ever, every time I visit they don't accept coupons that the company gives on the mobile app. And instead of honoring the coupon I get I'm sorry their is nothing I can do

Always ignoring people in the drive thru. Hell its not even 10:00p.m. yet, but they claim theyre open 24 hours. Edit: lady at the window just said theyre closed. Probably just too lazy to take an order

Horrible service been there twice and the first time there system was down no one could order what ever happened to pin and paper and adding and subtraction? And tonight waited 5 min in line cause the workers was to busy playing and flirting with whoever was in the car and the cashier ken cussed at us how rude? Just horrible 😝
