Story

The firm of Williams DeLoatche, P.C. was founded in July of 2008 by attorneys T. Wayne Williams and Jonathan R. DeLoatche. Both attorneys have years of experience handling civil litigation from both the plaintiff's and defendant's perspective which gives us a unique set of skills to meet our clients needs. We specialize in matters involving individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability incidents and products liability cases. We also handle traffic matters in all local jurisdictions as well as serve as guardian ad litem to help families with issues with incapacitated family members.

Our office is centrally located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake and allows us to serve clients throughout the Hampton Roads area including the cities of Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News and Suffolk as well as surrounding areas such as Isle of Wight County, Southampton County, York County, Matthews County, Gloucester County, City of Franklin, Williamsburg/James City County and Accomack and Northampton Counties on the Eastern Shore.
