Mr. Dunnigan was my lawyer on more than one occasion, He is a fantastic attorney and I appreciate him being able to help me with the trouble I had gotten myself into. He told me what I needed to do before court and I made sure to do these things in order to be properly prepared for court. He is an amazing attorney. I was facing jail time and he got the charges dismissed. I appreciate him and his hard work. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone that needs an attorney!!!!

Very unprofessional. Showed up late to each court appearance and always had dates mixed up. I never sat down with him to discuss my case. Just showed up late and did a quick and inaccurate brief. Agreed on set payment amount and wanted more money. Very bad service

These peeps saved my life!!!! They are big time lawyers with low rates. FYI I'm not a company person tryin to give them a five star rating. These dudes are legit.

I am writing this review to express my experience with this law firm. I reached out to Mr. a year ago to represent me in a case. I chose him to represent me after reviewing his profile online and his mission statements were aligned with the qualities I would look for in a lawyer.(Also he claims to be this highly spiritual/religious man who is doing a service to people because this is God’s work he is doing. His Facebook page is full of these kind of Godly quotes.) I spoke with one of his Kristie who was always very helpful and informative which made me even more comfortable with using him as my representative. Throughout the whole process prior to my first court appears all communication was open and follow up with the office was great. When we went to court right off the bat Mr. Dunnigan expressed his lack of confidence with the Judge who was to adhere to my case. When it was our turn to be seen his whole demeanor, tone, and words of defense did not seem up to par to me. I felt that I was watching a mother chastise her child for wrong doings and he had no rebuttals for opposing her judgements about me. Of course I was found guilty and afterwards Mr. Dunnigan advised that the case really should have been dismissed but this women was always tuff to deal with. He also claimed she was a member if his church and she is known for giving him a hard time. He advised I should appeal and I agreed. Overall I wasn’t thrilled about the outcome however I do understand you win some and you loss some. Even though I wasn’t totally satisfied with how he represented me I still felt the need to have him as my representative for my appeal because he was already counseled before and was familiar with the case. The second go round we still had some what good communication but a few things I did not like. 1. We agreed to a certain amount to be paid to him right after court and I set this up with Kristie. They sent me the paperwork in the mail but the amount was higher than what we discussed. I had to refresh his assistance memory on our verbal agreement and she advised that was okay to accept. After I made payment I called to speak to Mr. Dunnigan to let him know my concerns with how he handled the first case and to ensure my confidence in him I needed to know what would be his approach this go round. I also wanted to know what to expect and my role when we go to court, what to say, what questions he was going to asks me, and really just the standards on how appeals work. I tried to speak with Mr. D but I received no responses. I them called and left a message being a bit bothered by the lack of communication and said I was really concerned that I hadn’t heard back and I needed answers. I finally received a call from Kristie a few days before my case and we set an appointment for me to meet with Mr. D. After our discussing he had to move our court date out for another two weeks for preparations I assume. Once again we showed up to court and I was found guilty. I was placed on probation for 1 year and had to comply with certain things in order for the case to be dismissed the following year on good behavior. I asked Mr. Dunnigan would he be at court when I go back a year later he said he wasn’t sure. This is where things began to get really flaky to me. I completed all of what I needed to do to comply with the courts. I had to return to court in Jan. 2017. There was an incident that occurred in Oct. 2016 in which I called him and on returned my calls. I wanted to make sure that the incident wouldn’t affect my terms of my probations and it wouldn’t be a violations. My probation office gave me as much clarity as she could. By December I was preparing myself for court and called the office of Mr. D and at that time I spoke to two different ladies outside of Kristinia. to be continued.

TO BE CONTINUED DUE TO GOOGLE NOT ALLOWING FULL POST The first girl I spoke to said she had to call me back once she spoke to him about the case to get more clarity. No response after a week so I called back and spoke to a different girl and told her about no call back. She pulled up my case and the first thing she spoke on was me paying him $350. 00 to show to court. I said this was the first time I heard of this and someone should have called me back in Oct. when I called the first time. I told her I didn’t even know what I needed for court and what to do. She said she would call back. No call back. I called again and left another message in a bit of a mood like can SOMEONE CALL ME BACK. Finally got a call back and was told again about the money needed to be paid for him to come to court. She did advised that I needed to get my background check and driving record and all these other docs when I got to court and she would get back to me to let me know if he was supposed to come to court and if I needed to pay anything. No one ever called me back. I showed up to court by myself and the judge’s assistant was speaking to defendants prior to going before the judge. She asked me where was Mr. Dunnigan because he was showing as counsel on my case. I told her what his people told me and she said that he was supposed to be there because he was listed as counsel and she would call him for me. Long story long she said that he claimed that the case was not on his docket and that he wouldn’t be able to make it in but he was available on March 30th. We had to reschedule my case for almost a month and a half out when I was ready to get this thing over with but what was I supposed to do. This was all on January 12th. I just received a letter from his office dated Feb. 17th, 2017 advising that if I want him to show up to court I have to pay $350.00 and it was due on March 1st 2017. This is 11 days prior to the due date. I feel that if he set this date up he or his staff should have reached out to me that same day if not the same week for me to prepare myself to give him these funds. I thought after the judge’s assistant advised he was still on the case and them setting a court date based on what he said that I was good but apparently not. I called his office on Feb. 20th and left a vm. Today is Feb. 24th and I just received a call back from them. At this point based on how things have transpired I feel he is just like every other lawyer who is more concerned about his money. If that is the case I can respect that, however I lost all respect because he uses God name in vein to get make him seem like a man who hold his Christian values dear. Well I asks you Mr. Dunnigan .. What would Jesus do?? I sure don’t think he would handle things in this fashion. You may deal with law of man but what goes around comes around and I’m sure universal law which cannot be broken is on my side. Good luck with that. The sad thing is even after we lost both cases I still was going around saying he was a pretty solid dude. I realize he is solid until that money stops flowing in. sad but true. I will not recommend him for any business.
