Love Dr Williams and staff! It's such a warm, inviting office. My hygienist, Teri, is so thorough and a great conversationalist. She will put your mind at ease. From the front office when you first walk in, to the back office; they are a great team!

I went to this practice because I received a flyer in the mail for a free sonic brush or teeth whitening. I also was looking for a dentist to make me a dental appliance (snore guard). Instead of the office stating that they don't make them they did my cleaning my fillings and the molds. The benefit claims lady doesn't have a clue. Worst experience I ever had. Never returned any calls, never filed the claim per my conversation with my insurance provider. I called and asked for a call back from Dr. Williams and as you already know that never happened. I switched dentist and currently I have my dental appliance which only cost me $150.00 after my insurance in which she was saying $2000.00. Please don't let the free item reel you in.
