I had high hopes for this place. Had the two plate meal with brisket, pulled pork, Macaroni and cheese and collards. Service was great, food was prompt and quick. However having the meat alone proved to be a disappointment.  The brisket and pork were wonderfully tender but lacked any flavor at all, especially for something that had been smoked.  The brisket in particular was extremely greasy.  Seemed as if it was soaked in it's own juices without having the fat drained off or trimmed off before doing so.  Macaroni and cheese was lack luster and also had no flavor unless processed cheese is flavor.  About the only redeeming grace was the collards.  They were just sweet enough to compliment the sharpness of the greens.  But I paid $15 for it so I wasn't going to let it waste and ate it anyway.  But again service was great, food not so much.

Service was great and friendly sausage was overcooked go to Texas for some good jalapeno sausage brisket was a three and a half out of five couldn't really taste any of the smokiness out of the food but overall food was a four out of five, the fried okra is really good

Fantastic barbeque!!! If I don't feel like smoking it myself, I go here. Actual smoked ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, etc. Good stuff!!!

Just had the beef brisket, with baked beans and fries. The beef was tender and juicy,  but way too fatty. I honestly got more fat than lean meat, so I only ate about a third or fourth of what was on my plate. The fries were fresh and hot, and good enough that my husband kept stealing them. Service was good, and sweet tea was not overly sweet.  Other than the fatty brisket, it was a good experience.

The worst BBQ I've ever had, the pork ribs tasted like beef.... the BBQ sauce was burnt tasting... the banana pudding was tasteless.... the best part of the meal was the drink....the worst part was the bill....
