I had a wonderful experience here! I highly recommend, it was incredibly easy to schedule my appointment to get my wisdom teeth out and it went by so quick maybe 45 minutes of my life between showing up and leaving. The Dentist was very professional and so my was Hygienist, as you can see in the photo I linked they were even cool about posing for a picture! I have never had such a welcoming experience as I did at any other dental office (normally they are just kind of cold and for whatever reason soul dampening) I stand behind my recommendation 100%, if you are looking for a dental office that can be an easy going experience I would look no further!

Great friendly front staff that makes accommodating appointments. Dental hygienist and dentist on staff are top notch and very professional!

I love this Williston Park Pointe dental office. I have been visiting this office for over a year and a half, and have had the best care and treatments. They go over step by step on all immediate and necessary treatments, and if you desire, future optional cosmetic treatments available to you to have a beautiful smile and healthy oral hygiene. Dr. Labib and his staff have been outstanding. They're very caring and make sure that throughout any procedure you're comfortable. I've recommended family, friends and people I have encountered at stores that now are part of Williston Family Dental... like me😀 Thank you Dr. Labib & Dr Kim. My now personal dental hygienist Cris😁-- love my clean teeth! The assistants Carol, Jo, Alene, and front office staff Nelly & Quetsy. All of you play a fantastic roll in getting my dental services and oral health on check. THANK YOU, DANKE, GRACIAS!!! Reading the past reviews only judge on billing and perhaps a misunderstanding, it doesn't review on the doctor and the staff. Dr. Labib is WONDERFUL, knowledgable and thorough. His staff is kind and always try to exceed expectations. Dr. Labib takes the time to explain any procedure to me (repeating himself at times for me to completely understand) and the first desk staff was patient enough to give me payment options and tried to find the best one for me. I even enjoy coming in just to get a routine cleaning! I have referred many friends and family members here as I know they will be treated well there. Thank you Dr. Labib and staff for my smile :)

BEWARE: this is not a local Lake Mary business - I found out after the fact that this is a sketchy franchise with over 700 offices. Like the previous comment, I experienced the "hard sell" for cosmetic procedures almost immediately as well, but most shocking are their billing practices - without a word I received a 60-point hit on my credit (I actually got a privacy alert and thought I was under assault by identity thieves - it is not submitted as a medical bill - it looks like someone has opened a new credit account) for an outstanding bill that I was not aware existed (which I would have happily paid in full had I been aware - I mean, it was 400 bucks for the whole family, not the end of the world...). Having chosen them as my family dentist, I was more than a little shocked (I mean, my wife was just there and the bill was not mentioned, and after all, as a regular customer they did expect to see me regularly, right...?) After much back and forth, I learned that it is their "corporate policy" to engage a particularly aggressive collection agency to go after their existing customers. Lesson learned: protect your credit - do your research, give the local folks your business, and stay FAR AWAY from this bunch.
