I called Willow Street on a chilly late summer afternoon. My wife was in Summit, NJ at the dentist shivering in the chair. She was in for two hours of dental work. I asked if I could buy a sweater to throw over her suit to keep warm. I needed to buy something over the phone and have it delivered because I was in NYC. The sales person at Willow Street jumped right in and offered me a cashmere poncho. She packaged it up beautifully and it was delivered within 20 minutes. My wife loved it! Thank you for demonstrating wonderful customer service for an odd, as it turns out romantic, request!

Good luck shopping in this joint. I went there today with my daughter and they were SO snobby. My daughter is 3 and was running around with a friend (which I kept apologizing about), and the looks they gave us were revolting. I have shopped here before (why?)...and paid for their ridiculously overpriced merchandise. I don't get it...Summit is home to wealthy families with lots of kids and I walked in with my $2,000 handbag and many kids and was still discriminated against. Not smart, Willow Street. Keep it up and you'll be out of business like all the other defunct Summit businesses. Good riddance.
